what is an imperial insignia?

Imperial insignias are used to build a character's reputation faster with a faction. They are obtained by completing quests in Khitai as well as in various bags dropped by Khitai adds.

To be able to give badges to the faction Herald of your choice, you must be at least “ friendly ” with the desired faction.
